Prowers Conservation District Recognizes Wiley Student
Wiley Senior, Taylor Wilson, was selected as the recipient of the Prowers Conservation District scholarship. Taylor is very involved with his school and community and will attend Lamar Community College this fall. The PCD would like to thank Taylor and all the other applicants who applied for the scholarship; the decision was a difficult one.
