The Cow Palace Inn was purchased in a public trustee foreclosure sale Wednesday, May 4, at the Prowers County Courthouse. County treasurer Lorraine Woolley conducted the sale at which only one bid was presented, from Zion’s First National Bank in Utah for $723,587.
