SECCI 2012 Golf Tournament

The crowd is gathering.

This past Saturday, June 9, the Southeast Colorado Cancer Initiative (SECCI) hosted their annual Golf Tourament at the Spreading Antlers Golf Course in Lamar.

The purpose of SECCI is to raise funds to help and support local people that deal with cancer. The money is used for many reasons, such as helping pay for gas, room and board when needing to go to Denver or Colorado Springs for treatment or care, with medication, and many many other reasons. This group raises local funds which supports local residents in need.

Here are some picture highlights from the tournament. There will be additional information on funds raised and more details of the group in a future article.
