City Council & Utility Board Holding Special Public Meeting on Budget

There is a special joint City Council/Utility Board meeting scheduled for Monday, October 21, 2013 at 7:00 p.m.  in the Council Chambers.  This meeting is to hold a public hearing for the 2014 budget and for a first reading of the budget ordinance.
