Holly Residents Can Enroll to Receive Emergency CodeRED Information

Are you enrolled to receive emergency CodeRED Information? Residents of the Holly community can receive severe weather warnings via the reverse-911 CodeRED system by opting in to get the calls. To opt in, sign up online to receive alerts for any combination of severe weather warnings at www.townofholly.com. Individuals can register a cell phone number or a landline number. If you register a landline telephone number to receive CodeRED messages, an older style phone that does not require an electrical outlet for operation should be plugged int o one phone jack in the home at all times in anticipation of a possible weather-related power outage.
Please note:
- It is not necessary to re-enroll if you participated in the CodeRED program during 2012.
- If you do not have access to a computer, the staff at Town Hall can help you enroll.
- The CodeRED Weather Warning comes from telephone number 800-566-9780.
- If you wish to hear the message repeated, or you missed the message, simply dial back the ‘800’ number.
