Mobile Record Shredders, based on Pueblo, CO., is an independently-owned confidential document destruction company serving all of southern Colorado and Raton, NM. Established in 2004 by co-owners Lawrence & Julie Anaya and Joe & Kellie O’Brien, we offer routine service on a monthly, 8-week or 12-week basis and also offer one-time on-site purge service; we serve both commercial and residential customers. We are a proud member of the Lamar Chamber of Commerce and serve the Lamar area once every 4 weeks with our document destruction services.

Our on-site shredding service is a paper-shredding process utilizing state of the art mobile trucks. The actual on-site shredding process is a cross-cut production which guarantees 100% document security. After performing the service, we produce a Certificate of Destruction, insuring the business against any future liability. All of the paper that we shred is 100% recycled; the material is baled and shipped to a recycling facility. In 2011, Mobile Record Shredders shredded and recycled 3.2 million pounds of paper, equaling a cost savings to the environment of $8.2 million dollars.

The Mobile Record Shredders team is trained to provide the best possible service to all of our clients. Mobile Record Shredders is a member of NAID (National Association for Information Destruction), the gold standard for excellence in this fast-growing industry. Mobile Record Shredders is also an accredited business with the Southern Colorado Better Business Bureau, achieving an A+ rating.

For those customers who chose to have routine service, the container of your choice is delivered and setup free of charge and we provide you a calendar that highlights your dates of service. We can custom tailor a schedule based on your needs for document destruction. For our medical customers, we provide a copy of our HIPAA agreement since Mobile Record Shredders is a HIPAA compliant shredding company.
