Short Agenda for Last Council Meeting of 2011

The Lamar City Council has a very brief meeting agenda to cap the end of the year.  Because of the holiday schedule, the meeting will be held at 7pm on Tuesday, December 27 with no work session scheduled.

Eleven local businesses have applied for license renewals and city administrator Bill Pfeilsticker will present the council with an update on last week’s blizzard and clean up efforts.  City offices will be closed on Monday, January 2 and the council’s monthly informal breakfast meeting will be held Wednesday, January 4 at Subway on North Main Street at 7am.

Two contracts are expected to be approved regarding medical services provided for city employees, a resolution to approve a contract between the city and CDOT for repair work to the ramp at the municipal airport will be considered, as well as discussion on a resolution for agreement for the operation of the Communications Board and staffing of the combined dispatch center.
