The Honkers Visit Two New Businesses

The Lamar Chamber of Commerce Honkers visited two businesses this past Friday, Jennifer Morlan Insurance and Lamar Starter and Generator.  Honker members present new businesses with their first ‘dollar of profit’ plaques, and introduce the new businesses to the Lamar Chamber of Commerce.

The Honkers visited Jennifer Morlan Insurance and Lamar Starter & Generator. Both businesses are now located in the former Frey Sales and Service building at 420 North Main Street in Lamar.

Jennifer Morlan Insurance, owned by Jennifer Morlan, is an independent insurance company offering coverage options to area customers. Visit Jennifer at 420 North Main in Lamar, or by call 336-1018. She is open for business from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

Doug Morlan, owner of Lamar Starter & Generator specializes in starter and alternator service and repairs and is an Interstate Battery and Deka Battery dealer. Contact Doug at 336-9770 and the store, also at 420 North Main Street, is open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
