Holiday Festivities in the Enchanted Forest

Santa Makes His Traditional Appearance

Lamar, CO – The Lamar Chamber of Commerce and several local organizations will celebrate this holiday season with family festivities in the Enchanted Forest beginning this Saturday, December 5^th.

To kick off this year’s family fun, the Lamar Police Department, Lamar Fire Department, and Lamar Community College will host the Enchanted Forest from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  There will be train rides through the forest, Christmas crafts for the children, hot cocoa to help everyone stay warm and, of course, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be there to greet everyone and have their photographs taken – parents are encouraged to bring your cameras and capture the magic.
