Dorothy L. Falconburg…March 2, 1930 – December 17, 2015

A graveside service for former longtime McClave resident currently of Vilas will be held at 3:00PM on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at the Wiley Cemetery with Pastor Earl Heath of the Springfield Church of God officiating.  

Per Dorothy’s request there will be no public visitation.  

Dorothy was born on March 2, 1930 at Rome, Kanas to Oscar and Edith (Brown) Newberry and passed away on December 17, 2015 at the Southeast Colorado Nursing Home in Springfield, Colorado at the age of 85. 

She is preceded in death by her first husband, Calvin Morris and their infant son, Robert Morris; her parents; second husband, Don Falconburg as well as all of her siblings, Emma Applegate; Ruth Norell; Gladys Brockmueller; Raymond Newberry; Paul Newberry and Aaron Newberry. 

Dorothy is survived by her children, Edna Neuhold of Vilas, CO; Cheryl Porter of Springfield, CO; Marvin (Tracie) Falconburg of Brighton, CO; Rich (Cathy) Falconburg of Ramah, CO; Russ Falconburg of Springfield and Emily Neuhold of Westminster, CO; 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and her sister-in-law, Lillie Falconburg of Yuma, CO as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.  

Memorial contributions may be made to the Care Net Pregnancy Center either direct or in care of the funeral home office.  

Services are under the direction of the Peacock Family.
