Vada L. Sharp…November 12, 1939 – November 21, 2015

Graveside Memorial services for Vada Sharp will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at the Wiley Cemetery in Wiley, Colorado.

Vada Lorraine Sharp was born on November 12, 1939 in Lamar, Colorado to Van H. and Alta (Arnold) Sharp.  She passed away on November 21, 2015 at the age of 76 surrounded by her loving family at St. Francis Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Vada graduated from Wiley High School 1958.   After graduating, Vada moved to California in 1959 to work for United Airlines as an office worker. She married Ron Rice and to this union two children were born. They bought a business where she worked keeping books. Ron stayed in California while Vada returned to her home in Falcon, Colorado.

Vada was preceded in death by her parents, Van and Alta Sharp and her brother, Roger Sharp. Vada is survived by her daughter, Renee Mashburn; son, Darren Rice; grandchildren, CJ and Amanda; and brother, Max Sharp and wife, Sheron; many other relatives and a host of friends.
