Visitation for Lamar, Colorado resident Harold E. Baker, Sr. will be held Friday, October 9th from 8:30am-1:00pm at Valley Memorial Funeral Chapel in Lamar, CO. Visitation at Winans Funeral Home in Maysville, OK. will be held from 8:30am to 10:00am on Monday, October 12, 2015. Graveside services will take place at Maysville Cemetery in Maysville, OK. Monday, October 12, 2015 at 11:00am.

Harold Edward Baker, Sr. was born July 24, 1923 in Pauls Valley, OK. to Henry and Eunice (Henson) Baker. He passed away on October 6, 2015 in Lamar, CO. at the age of 92. Harold was raised on a farm in Pauls Valley, OK. He served in United States Army. He enjoyed the oil field and worked in it most of his life. Harold was a very dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. He was a strong Christian man and was a member of First Southern Baptist Church of Lamar, CO.

He is survived by his daughter, Rhonda Phillips of Lamar, CO; sons, Harold E. Baker, Jr. of OK, Timothy B. Baker of Lamar, CO, Jean Jacobson of OK; four grandchildren Clayton E. Phillips of MO, Morgan A. Phillips of OK, Rory Baker of OK, Race Baker of OK; seven great grandchildren; and one great-great grand-daughter.

Harold is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Ena “Juanita” Baker; sisters, Pauline Martin, Willie Lou Burns, Oleta Baker; brother, Hewling Baker; step-brother, Jahu Baker; and mother and father in law, Ena and Paul Driskill.
