Lamar Eagles Award Two Scholarships

Wollert, Reed, Huddleston, Schwarte for Scholarship Presentation
The Lamar Eagles Aerie #3898 awarded two students scholarships of $500 each to be used for their college careers.
Eagles President, Kole Schwarte and Board member, Rick Wollert, made the presentation in the Eagles courtyard on Thursday evening, July 29.
Reed and Huddleston
The recipients are Jayla Reed who plans to attend Lamar Community College to pursue a career in Ag Business, and Shelby Huddleston who will attend Colby Community College to major in Family Interdiction Counseling.
Schwarte said the funds came from various Eagle activities including proceeds from their weekly bingo night.
