Josh and Alyse Houston of Syracuse, Kansas announce the birth of their son, Porter Reid Houston on January 5, 2015 at 12:13am at Prowers Medical Center with Dr. George Kunhardt attending. Porter weighed seven pounds and 8.5 ounces and was 20 and one-quarter inches long at birth. He is joined in the home with sister Laney Grace Houston. Grandparents include Greg and Diane Brown from Tribune, Jeff Houston of Tribune and Ed and Barbara Westeman of Syracuse, Kansas.
