Letter to the Editor: Veteran’s Day Thanks

I would like to tell your readers how much I appreciated being invited to participate in the Veterans Day Assembly held at Granada School on November 11^th.  Along with the other Vets attending it was so very apparent that our Country will be in good hands when the young men and women we interacted with grow in future leadership positions.

I understand that many other school districts also had either Veterans Day or other formal recognition of Vets.  To those schools I applaud you and challenge others to step up.

I would once again thank the faculty and students for such a great tribute.
