Road Work Begins on Memorial Drive, Lane Closures

The City of Lamar, Street Department, has begun some of its city-wide, road improvement project.  Street Department employees will conduct a one-lane closure, Roller-Milling project Tuesday, June 10, starting from South Main Street, stretching to end of the city limits down Memorial Drive. This project may cause a 10-15 minute delay on your journey to work, so please plan accordingly.

They will return at a later date do complete the project by chip-sealing the area; date to be released when available.  The City of Lamar, Street Dept. apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
