Lola Rogers…July 23, 1936 – February 10, 2014

            A memorial service for Las Animas, Colorado resident, Lola Rogers will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 17, 2014 at the Presbyterian Church in Las Animas, Colorado.  Inurnment will be at a later date at the Spring Valley Cemetery in Larkspur, Colorado.

            Lola L. Rogers was born on July 23, 1936 to Pierce and Cleo (Doyle) Garton in Wray, Colorado.  She passed away at her home on February 10, 2014 at the age of 77.

            Lola is survived by her children, Dale Rogers of Las Animas and Dawn Orr and husband, Richard of Las Animas; brother, Jay Garton and wife, Bev of Castle Rock, CO; sisters, Sharon Hager of Golden, CO and Mona Miller of Colorado Springs, CO; many other relatives and a host of friends.

            She was preceded in death by her parents, Pierce and Cleo Garton; husband, Frank A. Rogers; and sisters, Valda Reed and Aileen Albertson.
