Lamar Rotary Seeking Family in need for Christmas

Dear friends in Southeast Colorado, Rotary Needs Your Help!

The Lamar Rotary club would like to try something different this Christmas Season.  We as members of the Lamar Rotary Club feel fortunate enough to have the things we do; so we have cancelled our annual Christmas party to do good for our community.  We have decided to take our Christmas Spirit and love for our community to those who may not be as fortunate as we are.

The Lamar Rotary club is asking for your help in finding us a family that would be in need of a little extra happiness this Christmas Season.  If you know of a family that might not be able to afford Christmas, please write us a letter detailing why you think this family deserves a wonderful Christmas this year.  We certainly wish we could help every family in need but our funds are limited as well; so we will only be able to pick one family whose needs we feel we can help the best.  If you know of specific needs that that family may have please specify those as well.  We would also like for you to provide a name of the family, address, and phone number.  We are asking for this to set up a delivery date and time for their home cooked meal, monetary donation, and anything else we might be able to provide.
