CSU Southeast Area Extension Agents Relocate

Jennifer Wells, Southeast Area Director, announced that Bruce Fickenscher has transferred from the Kiowa Extension office to the Range and Livestock agent position located in Otero and Crowley Counties. Fickenscher states that he is looking forward to the new challenges and that producers in all Southeast Area Counties are encouraged to contact him through their local Extension Office or directly at 719-688-3043 or at bruce.fickenscher@colostate.edu.
The second relocation is Barry Acton, 4-H Youth Development agent, from Baca County to Crowley and Otero Counties. Acton looks forward to working with the youth and their families in the two counties. Acton can be reached at barry.acton@colostate.edu.
The other agents that are currently serving the Southeast Area, which includes the counties of Cheyenne, Kiowa, Prowers, Baca, Bent, Crowley and Otero, are: Amy Kelley 4-H Youth Development in Cheyenne and Kiowa Counties; Lacey Mann, 4-H Youth Development in Prowers and Bent Counties, Family and Consumer Science agent Kaye Kasza located in Bent County; and Agronomist Wilma Trujillo located in Prowers County.
