Lamar Chamber Seeking Filler Items for Welcome Bags

The 2013 Babe Ruth Colorado State 13 Prep Tournament is July 19-23rd. The Lamar Chamber of Commerce is in need of items from our local businesses for the welcome bags.  We are now up to (90) participants.

Some ideas that would be good are baseball caps, sunscreen, chap stick, water bottles, pens, notepads, hard candy, healthy snacks, hand sanitizers, lotion, handi-wipes, shopping coupons from local stores and restaurants, etc…

Please help if you can by bringing your items to the Chamber office. It is best if you donate (90) of the same thing.  We need these items no later than Wednesday at 5pm, July 17th. It would also be very nice for all businesses with a marquee sign to put a “Welcome Message” up for the players during the five day tournament.

The bags and the signs are always a great way to get your business name out there! Thank you in advance for the continued support of your community.
