The pubic is invited to a statewide candidate’s forum hosted by the Prowers County Farm Bureau at the Rodeway Cow Palace Inn, in Lamar,Tuesday, October 2, at 7pm.

The two commissioner candidates for District One and Three in Prowers County will appear one, right after the other. Candidates will also have time to make a brief opening statement regarding their candidacy. A total of eight candidates are expected to attend, as well as representatives from Mr. Shaffer and Mr. Gardner’s offices.

Prowers County Farm Bureau Board is not endorsing any candidate and is acting only as a host of the event to provide information to Prowers County voters.
