Honkers Visit New Business Sutphin Petroleum & Feeds

The Lamar Chamber of Commerce Honkers and Directors Welcomed John and Angela Sutphin, the owners of their new business, Sutphin Petroleum & Feeds, and presented them with a First Dollar of Profit Plaque sponsored by Valley National Bank.
John Sutphin Jr. recently purchased the former Southeast Coop property and has been converting the operation into a C Store with various agriculture related sales and services. They have gas and diesel at the pump and in bulk and are planning to have propane as well. On the last Saturday of each month they will be holding hay auctions and quarterly they will be having equipment and miscellaneous consignment auctions.
Sutphin Petroleum & Feeds is located at 8825 E US HWY 50, on the east end of town. For more information on all the services Sutphin Petroleum & Feeds provides, stop in and see them Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or call 336-5751 or Fax 336-5750.
