Lamar FFA attends Southeast District Banquet

Theresa Butler, was named this year's Star District Farmer Award as the Southeast District's top Chapter Farmer!
Lamar FFA Chapter fares extremely well at the 2012 Southeast District FFA Banquet held in Granada on April 28th.
The following teams took top honors this year in District competition known as Career Development Events (CDEs):
- Farm Business Management team: Jamie Nordyke, Austin Peck, and Theresa Butler.
- Livestock Evaluation team: Amber Comer, Theresa Butler, Swayzee Bellomy and Teri Nelson.
- Ag Sales team: Sarah Blain and Lauren Tinnes.
- Ag Mechanics team: Austin Peck, Dyllan Dennis, Layne Fleshman and Tyler Neilson.
- Floriculture Team: Kennadee Oppliger, Callie Brase, Jessie TEcklenburg and Becky Estes.
- Job Interview: Harkik Pattel and Candice Ybarra.
The following Lamar FFA members won Overall High Individual honors:
Farm Business Management – Austin Peck.

- Floriculture – Callie Brase.
