Mary L. Millyard…May 17, 1951 – March 3, 2012

            A celebration of life memorial service for former Lamar resident, Mary L. Millyard, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday March 31, 2012 at Valley Memorial Funeral Chapel in Lamar, CO. Reverend Ian Blacker will officiate. A private family in-urnment will be held prior to the memorial service in the Fairmount Cemetery in Lamar.

            Per the family’s request, cremation has taken place and there will be no public visitation.

            Mary was born May 17, 1951 in Lamar, Colorado to Keith and Patty Bachman and departed this life on Saturday March 3, 2012 at Porter Hospice Center in Centennial, CO. at the age of 60.

            Mrs. Millyard was preceded in death by her mother Patty Bachman of Lamar CO. on April 17, 2000 and by her father Keith Bachman of Lamar, CO. on December 13, 2009.

            She is survived by her husband Jerry Millyard of Elizabeth, CO.; by one daughter Wendy (Steve) Brownlee of Kiowa, CO.; by one son Eric (Annie) Millyard of Denver, CO.; by 2 granddaughters Kyra and Alison Brownlee of Kiowa, CO.; by one sister Linda (Robin) Millyard of Glenwood Springs, CO.; by two nephews Kyle (Emily) Millyard of Highlands Ranch, CO.; and Ryan Millyard of Eugene, OR.; also surviving are other relatives and many friends.
