James H. Greenfield…February 20, 1935 – March 24, 2012

            Graveside memorial services and military honors for Holly, Colorado resident James H. Greenfield will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday March 29, 2012 at the Holly Cemetery, Holly, Colorado. Deacon Henry Wertin will officiate.

            Per the family’s request, cremation has taken place and there will be no public visitation.

            Mr. Greenfield was born on February 20, 1935 at Chandler, OK. and departed this life on Saturday March 24, 2012 at the Holly Nursing Care Center in Holly, Colorado at the age of 77.

            James was preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Vera Greenfield of Lamar, CO.; by his wife Daisy “Cathy” Greenfield of Holly, CO. on July 2, 2010; by a sister Hattie McDowell of Hasty, CO.; and by a brother Charles Greenfield of California.

            He is survived by 2 daughters Jane (Colin) Thompson of Holly, CO.; and Hope (David) Tonso of Monte Vista, CO.; by a son Jim (Jayme) Greenfield of Buena Vista, CO.; by 2 sister-in-laws Mary Ann (Albert) Rodriguez of LA.; and Pat Greenfield of CA.; Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
