Denise M. Taylor…December 2, 1961 – February 2, 2012

            A Celebration of Life for longtime Lamar resident, Denise M. Taylor will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at the Peacock Family Chapel with Pastor Eugene Birt officiating. Interment will follow at Fairmount Cemetery. 

            Visitation will be held on Monday, February 6, 2012 from 1:00PM until 7:00PM and Tuesday, February 7, 2012 from 9:00AM until service time at the Peacock Family Chapel. 

            Denise was born on December 2, 1961 at Buffalo, Wyoming to Archie and Bonnie Miller and passed away on February 2, 2012 at Prowers Medical Center with her family by her side at the age of 50. 

            She is preceded in death by her father; Archie Miller. 

            Denise is survived by her husband; Charley Taylor of the family home in Lamar, children; Joe Bodanas, Tyler Pipho, and C.J. (Laurie) Taylor all of Colorado, and Kelsey (Jerry) Churchill of Lamar, step-children; Tanya (Nathan) Collins of Guy, Arkansas and Michael Taylor of Houston, Texas. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, her mother; Bonnie (Jim) Price, grandmother; Velma Harlow, siblings; Curt (Cindy) Miller of Fort Morgan, Colorado, Eileen Miller of Loveland, Colorado, and Ferran (Michelle) Miller of Fort Morgan, Colorado as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and a host of friends.  

            Memorial Contributions may be made to the St. Jude’s Children Hospital either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
