June L. Tucker…July 23, 1928 – January 20, 2012-Revised Schedule

This Announcement Contains Updated Information Regarding Times:          

A Celebration of Life for lifelong Lamar resident, June L. Tucker will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at the Lamar Christian Church with Ian Blacker officiating. Interment will follow at Fairmount Cemetery.  

            Visitation for June will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 from 1:00PM until 7:00PM at the Peacock Family Chapel, and from 9am to 11am Wednesday.  

            June was born on July 23, 1928 at Lamar, Colorado to Phil and Bessie (Hagerman) Hall and passed away at the age of 83 on January 20, 2012 at Prowers Medical Center with her family by her side. 

            She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers; Don Hall, Joe Hall and Walter Caulk and sister; Denzel Hall. 

            June is survived by her son; Danny (Drema) Ellis of Apple Valley, California, daughter; Desiree Ellis of Lamar, sister; Frankie Breashears and brother; Sim (Luann) Hall all of Lamar. She is also survived by her companion dog; Fanci Anne as well as her nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.  

            Memorial Contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
