City of Lamar New Year Holiday Schedule

All City offices will be closed on Monday, January 2, 2012 in observance of the New Year’s Day holiday. The Public Library will be closed on Saturday, December 31st and Monday, January 2, 2012 and will reopen Tuesday, January 3rd at 9:00 a.m. The Community Building will be closed on Sunday, January 1st and will reopen on Monday, January 2, 2012.
Residential and commercial refuse collection will remain as normally scheduled for Monday, January 2nd. Please have your containers in place by 6:00 a.m. Cardboard pickup scheduled for Monday, January 2nd will be collected on Tuesday, January 3rd.
The Municipal Landfill will be open on Saturday, December 31st, 2011 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The City of Lamar wishes everyone a safe and happy holiday.
