Tumbleweed Clean Up for South Lamar

NEWS RELEASE:

Due to the high volume of Tumbleweeds in the Memorial Drive and Country Village Area, the City of Lamar Street Department will collect the weeds in these areas two times per day until Wednesday, November 9th.

 Residents will need to pull their weeds to their curb or ditch for collection. If residents wish to take care of the tumbleweeds on the weekend, please wait until Sunday to put them out.

 Employees will NOT go onto personal property to retrieve any tumbleweeds. If there are any questions please call 336-2002
