Private services will be held in Montana at a later date for Lamar resident and dentist, Alan Ray Snyder.
Per Alan’s request cremation has taken place.
Alan was born on March 9, 1946 at Reno County, Kansas to Norris and Lorene (Knacksted) Snyder and passed away on September 6, 2011 at his home in Lamar at age 65.
He is preceded in death by his father; Norris Snyder and daughter; Molly.
Alan is survived by his wife; Kate, children; Jacob, James, Joshua, Heidi, Sean and Timothy, his sister; Dixie and mother Lorene. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Services are under the direction of the Peacock Family.
