Kansas Rape Suspect Found in Lamar

On Wednesday, 07-27-11, Officers of the Lamar Police Department were contacted by the Liberal Kansas Police Department in reference to a subject wanted in their city on the charge of rape. Kansas authorities believed the suspect was in Lamar.
Lamar PD Officers conducted a residence check in the 1000 block of South First Street and made contact with Arnulfo Adan-Rodriquez, age 34, of Liberal, KS. Adan-Rodriquez was found to have an active felony warrant charging rape from Seward County, Kansas and an active misdemeanor warrant for failure to comply from Prowers County, Colorado.
Adan-Rodriquez was arrested without incident and transported to the Prowers County Jail where he is being held on $200,000 bond.
