List of Lamar City Administrator Candidates Narrows

The public is invited to a community reception for the City Administrator Candidates on Thursday, June, 16, 2011 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at the Cultural Events Center at 104 East Parmenter Street.  Please join the city in welcoming the candidates to Lamar.  Refreshments will be served.

With less than a month before the resignation of current city administrator, Ron Stock, becomes effective on July 8, the Lamar City Council has come up with a short list of candidates for the position.  Stock submitted his letter to the council on March 14.  Over three dozen candidates have submitted resumes for the position which included current deputy administrator, Bill Pfeilsticker.
