Grace Ann Gallegos of Lamar, CO. entered into eternity on Saturday June 18, 2011 at Prowers Medical Center, Lamar, CO. She was the infant daughter of Matt and Theresa Gallegos of Lamar.  Per the family’s request cremation has taken place and there will be no public visitation.  There are no services scheduled at this time.
Grace Ann Gallegos is survived by her parents Matt and Theresa Gallegos of Lamar, CO.; by her sister Tatum Gallegos of the family home in Lamar, CO.; by her Maternal grandmother , Connie Ortiz of Lamar, CO.; maternal great-grandmother, Clara Ledesma of Lamar; and by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.
Grace Ann was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Lupe Ortiz of Granada, CO.; by her maternal great-grandfather, Martin Ledesma of Lamar, CO.; by her paternal grandfather, Gilbert Gallegos of Pueblo, CO.; her paternal grandmother, Marie Ruybal of Avondale, CO.; and by her paternal great grandparents, Fidencia and Sam Gallegos ,both of Avondale, CO.
