Lamar Traffic Violation Leads to Multiple Charges

Officers contacted a vehicle in the area of W. Park St. and S. 8^th St. on 5/19/14 for a traffic violation.  Mr. Ricky Hebberd was contacted as the driver and checked in NCIC/CCIC.  Officers were advised that Mr. Hebberd was revoked as a Habitual Traffic Offender.  Mr. Hebberd was taken into custody.

While officers were searching Mr. Hebberd a meth pipe with meth residue was located on the Mr. Hebberd’s person.   Officers also located a Glock hand gun in the vehicle.  Mr. Hebberd was charged with multiple offenses and held on a $10,000 bond.
