Holly Power Outage Planned for Tuesday

Holly, CO-October 17, 2011. Town of Holly Administrator Marsha Willhite announced today that two power interruptions will occur on Tuesday, October 18. Holly rate payers will be affected only briefly; at 7:30 a.m. and again at about 1-2:00 p.m.
Throughout the intervening six hours between the Holly outages, Lamar Light and Power line crews will be repairing and making capital improvement upgrades to the Lamar system west of Holly.
According to Willhite, Holly customers within the town’s 24 square mile distribution system will be only minimally affected as back-up generation will be provided throughout the six-hour projected outage.
