KL | Feb 13, 2014 | Comments 0
Neither team from Granada had much success in their trip to Cheyenne Wells on Tuesday, Feb. 11. Both squads picked up losses, putting each on a two-game skid. The Lady Bobcats suffered a 37-27 loss to the Lady Tigers, while the Bobcats fell to the #4 Tigers by a 49-34 count.
The next two games on the slate are against quality opponents, for both boys and girls. Granada will visit McClave on Friday, and then host Holly on Tuesday, Feb. 18. For the Bobcats, that means in a three-game stretch, they will have faced the fourth, fifth and third ranked teams in Class 1A.
The Bobcats are 5-8 on the season, while the Lady Bobcats take a 5-9 record into Friday night’s action against McClave.
