A memorial service for former Lamar resident, most recently of Palo Alto, California, John Northrup will be held at 3:00PM on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at the Lamar United Methodist Church with Reverend Barbara John-Schleicher officiating.
John was born on August 17, 1955 at Lamar, Colorado to Robert E. and Ruth J. (Williams) Northrup and passed away on May 3, 2015 at Palo Alto, California at the age of 59.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
John is survived by two brothers, David (Cheryl) Northrup of Lamar, and Scott (Chris) Northrup of Cookeville, Tennessee. His nephews and nieces are Nathan (Giovanna), Graham (Stephanie), Carey (Megan) Northrup, Camella Northrup, Jonathan (Maria), and Kara (Danny) Pratt.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
Services are under the direction of the Peacock Family.
