A graveside memorial service for longtime Lamar resident, Diana Cameron will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, April 17, 2015 at Fairmount Cemetery in Lamar with Pastor Jordan Wesley of the Lamar Crosswinds Church of the Nazarene officiating.
Per Diana’s request cremation will take place and there will be no visitation.
Diana was born on February 22, 1941 at Colorado Springs, Colorado to Martin and Helen Mary (Kelly) Dwyer and passed away on April 11, 2015 at the Sangre De Cristo Hospice in Pueblo, Colorado at the age of 74.
She is preceded in death by her husband; Claude I. Cameron and her parents.
Diana is survived by her children; Mary Ann Cameron of Colorado Springs, CO, Peggy Sue Doyle of Salida, CO, Curtis Cameron of Lamar and Claudette Cameron of Salida, CO, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother; Donald (Deb) Dwyer of Kit Carson, CO and her sister; Susie Q (Larry) Vashus of Lamar as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Diana Cameron Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home office.
Services are under the direction of the Peacock Family.
