Victoria J. “Vicky” Spenner…January 3, 1950 – February 24, 2015

A memorial service for longtime Lamar resident, formerly of Centralia, IL, Vicky Spenner will be held at a later date.  Per Vicky’s request cremation will take place and there will be no visitation.

Vicky was born on January 3, 1950 in California to Leonard and Norma (Williams) Moore and passed away on February 24, 2015 at her home in Lamar at the age of 65.
