Calvin Gilbert Stalford was born in Richfield, Kansas on January 24, 1928 to Elmore L. and Ida E. (Colyer) Stalford.  He passed away peacefully on December 2, 2014 in Holly, Colorado at the age of 86.           Calvin is survived by his wife, Joy Stalford of Holly, CO; children, Elmer (Jacqueline) Stalford of Bristol, CO, Tom (Kaylinn) Stalford of East Strausburg, PA, Sam (Deborah) Stalford of Hugo, CO, and Dorothy Pearcey of Las Animas, CO; step children, Wayne (Karon) Cope of Crosby, TX and Darryl (Cheryl) Harwig of Walsenburg, Co; 17 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Delores Belle (Lamb) Stalford; son, Allen L. Stalford; and son-in-law, Willman Pearcey.
