Mini Health Fair at Juniper Village (corrected information)

Being healthy is a very important part of life and at Juniper Village we encourage you to “Grow Strong Daily”!  We have partnered with High Plains Community Health to offer a mini health fair at the local Senior Center this Wednesday, May 7^th from 7am-10am.  High Plains Community Health will be offering $30 labs! 

Many local health vendors have partnered with Juniper to bring you hearing & blood pressure screens, a pharmacist to review medications, health coaching (by HPCHC) and much more!  Please join us! Juniper Village will have breakfast items available after you have had your fasting labs drawn. Join Juniper Village and High Plains Community Health to grow strong daily!
