Nicolasa Campbell…February 10, 1928 – April 15, 2014

          Graveside services for Nicolasa Campbell will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 19^th at the Rocky Ford Cemetery in Rocky Ford, Colorado. Reverend George Gomez will officiate.

          Nicolasa Campbell was born on February 10, 1928 in Johnstown, Colorado to Fernando and Elvira Gonzales. She passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, Colorado at the age of 86.

          Nicolasa is survived by her children, George Gomez, Gloria Williams, Shirley Suarez, Nick Gomez, Ray Gomez, Rose Cuevas, Dave Gomez, Hope Lozada, Mike Gomez, Juanita Lopez, John Gomez, Margaret Gomez, Frank Gomez, and Adam Gomez. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 58 great grandchildren, and 12 great-great grandchildren.

          She is preceded in death by her first husband, Ray Gomez, her second husband, John Campbell, granddaughter, Jennifer Gomez (Fries), Eddie Curry, Cindy Gomez, Jack Baublits, Arthur Cuevas, and Terrie Gomez.

          Memorial contributions may be made in Nicolasa’s name in care of Horber Funeral Chapel, 404 Locust Ave. Las Animas, Colorado, 81054.
