Donna I. Hazen…December 3, 1951 – January 19, 2014

            Funeral services for Donna Hazen will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Valley Memorial Funeral Chapel in Holly, Colorado.  Burial will follow in the Holly Cemetery.  Pastor Kathy Leathers will officiate.  Visitation for Donna will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, January 24, 2014 at the funeral home.

            Donna Ilene Hazen was born on December 3, 1951 in Holly, Colorado to Willie and Florence (Wear) Hazen.  She passed away on January 19, 2014 in Garden City, KS at the age of 62.

            Donna is survived by siblings, Bobby Hazen and wife, Carol of Louisville, KY, Edgar Hazen and wife, Judy of Brighton, CO, Elvin Hazen and wife, Linda of Holcomb, KS, Doris Ratzlaff and husband, Roy of Del Norte, CO, and Della Pierce and husband, G.W. of Garden City, KS; many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

            She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Florence Hazen; brother, Billie Hazen; sisters, Dorothy Cook and Darlene Wallace.

            Memorial contributions may be made to the Special Olympics in care of Valley Memorial Funeral Chapel, P.O. Box 950, Lamar, CO 81052.
