Services under the direction of Brown Funeral Home in Eads will be held for Lamar resident Juanita J. Root Saturday, May 25, at 10am at Brown Funeral Home Chapel in Eads. Burial will follow in Eads Cemetery.
Juanita Root is survived by children: Kenneth (Mary) Root of Lamar, James (Ann) Root of Topeka, KS, Doug (Connie) Root of Westcliffe, CO, four grandchildren and one great grandson, Neice: Lucy (Tom) Church of Salinas, CA, nephew Mitch (Kim) Froelicher of Santa Barbara, CA, sister-in-laws: Elva Root and Ellen Clauusen as well as numerous other family and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Dickie Root and one sister, Josie Froelicher.
