Parker Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is an established local company offering Southeast Colorado residential and commercial HVAC services. Owner and operator Mike Parker offers his customers premium service with over twenty-five years of experience in heating and cooling. Parker Heating and Air continues to offer Southeast Colorado the best heating and cooling service, keeping their customers comfortable since 1995.

Mike Parker comes from a family background; working and learning trade secrets from his uncle at Frey’s Sales and Service as a teenager. Mike went on to enlist in the United States military for eight years where he learned the importance of teamwork and gained the skills and knowledge to be a dependable leader and a loyal friend. Mike returned from his service and opened Parker Heating and Air and has run his business with the values and heritage that he learned from his uncle and many compatriots he served with in the military. That’s why, at Parker Heating and Air, our customers can be sure that they are getting the best service and know that they are the most important part of the Parker Heating and Air family.

Parker Heating and Air offers many services besides heating and air conditioning. Parker Heating and Air also offers duct cleaning and sanitation, tank and tankless water heater repair or replacement, and gas and pellet fireplace installation and repair. We also carry many different brands of heating and cooling units such as Trane, Goodman, Lennox and other trusted suppliers, but no matter what the brand, our employees are trained to service any make and model of heating and cooling unit.

Parker Heating and Air is made up of a small but dedicated team. Josh Ketels, Senior Install Technician, has been part of the team for over seven years specializing in installation, ductwork, custom metal work, and HVAC maintenance. Bill Mapes, Senior Service Technician, has worked in the HVAC field for over six years and has been a member of the Parker Heating and Air team since 2010. Yolanda Carrillo is the newest face of Parker Heating and Air. As Office Manager Yolanda represents the Parker Heating and Air family with professionalism and makes sure that our customers are taken care of.
