Larry D. Palmer…April 25, 1933 – October 5, 2012

Graveside services for Buena Vista resident, Larry D. Palmer will be held at 1:00PM on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at Hillside Cemetery in Granada, Colorado with Full Military Honors under the Auspices of the Lamar VFW Post #3621 and the American Legion Post # 71.  Per Larry’s request there will be no visitation.  

Larry was born on April 25, 1933 at Lamar, Colorado to Walter M. “Bud” and Lela I. “Bitty” (Miller) Palmer and passed away on October 5, 2012 at Buena Vista, Colorado at the age of 79.  He is preceded in death by his parents. 

Larry is survived by his brother Monty (Sue) Palmer of Granada, Colorado as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends. 

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the VFW Post # 1166 in Buena Vista, Colorado in care of the funeral home office.Services are under the direction of the Peacock Family.
