A Celebration of Life for Lamar resident and formerly of Colorado Springs, Betty Kline will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 28, 2012 at the Peacock Family Chapel with Chaplain Kevin Dissee of the Sol Amor Hospice of Colorado Springs officiating. Cremation will follow at the Arkansas Valley Crematory in La Junta, CO.
Visitation for Mrs. Kline will be held the day of the service from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
Betty was born on November 28, 1945 at Vancouver, Washington to Sherman and Leanora (Young) Dodson and passed away on July 19, 2012 at her home in Lamar at the age of 66 with her family by her side.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her significant other; Robert Burns, Sr. and her great granddaughter Yaquelin Lopez
Betty is survived by her children; Brenda Espinoza of Lamar, Teresa DiaMonte of Fountain, CO and Dawn Eldert of Colorado Springs, CO, Rachel Trainor-McLean also of Colorado Springs, fifteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She is also beloved by numerous other children and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
Services are under the direction of the Peacock Family.
