Ballot Information for PMC Election

Ballots for the May 8, 2012, Prowers County Hospital District General Election mailed Friday, April 20, 2012, contain instructional discrepancies.  The Instruction Box at the top right of the ballot indicates only a box completely shaded-in will be accepted; this is incorrect.  A marking of any type will be accepted as long as it can clearly be identified whom the vote is for and no more than two candidates are indicated.   

If an eligible elector did not receive a ballot or has lost their ballot, please contact the Designated Election Official, Audrey Kane, to obtain a replacement ballot at (719) 336-4343.  The DEO may be reached Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
