To the Citizens of Prowers County: Letter to the Editor

I was thinking about the re-call petitions being circulated in our community for the Prowers Medical Center Board; how come this is being done in the first place since none of the alleged reasons can be proven?
I think we need someone with medical knowledge on the Board. Candy Ruedeman has many years of experience in nursing and has never voted against anything that would benefit our hospital/community members.
I also think it’s important to have a person on the Board that cares enough to ask questions, check credentials, and do her best to understand the direction that those in administration want to lead PMC.
An election is very expensive. Is this where we want our money to go?
Sincerely,
Pat Palmer
