Spooks Who Sprint

Members of XiPi Sorority in Lamar decided the best way to take off a few pounds for the holidays, was to sprint ahead of Halloween around Willow Creek Park before all the left-over ‘trick or treat’ candy went to their stomachs of thighs.

About two dozen XiPi members, spouses and family members were in costume for the Spooktacular Sprint that kicked off this past Saturday at 9am. Crooks, witches, and some people in pink lit out on the run at the stroke of Nine for the event.
